India's s Software services sector body Nasscom has expressed hope that the new government to be in place after the general elections would take urgent measures to push growth of the small and medium enterprise (SME) sector.

A whole range of policy measures from the new government should be in place after the general elections to support the growth of SMEs, Nasscom president R Chandrasekhar said Wednesday, on the sidelines of the annual ITsAP SME conference.
