REGAR is an Iberoamerican Network recognized by the Iberoamerican Conference of Heads of State and Goberment at the summit of Paraguay. Annually and as an observatory, this report realizes the statistical report of Iberoamerican guarantee system and provides general and sectorial information. This report features an overview of the number of guarantee SMEs in 2016, the SME evolution in Latin America from 1998-2016, and the percentage of distribution attending to SMEs, GP, SMEs Stock and CP in Iberoamerica in 2016, among other facts.
