Members Only Webinar: Developing Distinct Customer Value Propositions, What Banks Need to Know about the Women's Market
Webinar resources (video recording and presentations) are only made available to Members of the SME Finance Forum
As banks increasingly recognize the business potential of the female economy and aim to capture the market, they need to understand that women have distinct needs when it comes to financial services providers.
In this webinar, you will learn how to create value for women customers by understanding their needs, behaviors and attitudes toward banks, and designing a comprehensive value proposition that helps them grow with you.
Join Karyl Akilian, Head of Brands Management, Marketing Group, at BLC Bank in Lebanon and Daniel Gutiérrez, Vice President, Business Development, at Banco BHD León in the Dominican Republic as they share insights on the process their banks undertook to develop a tailored CVP for the Women's Market. They will discuss the importance of developing a holistic CVP for women that covers access to information, education, markets, networks and finance; how they segmented the Women's Market; how they identified each segment's distinct needs; and what they've done to address them. They will also look at key elements of implementing the Women's Market CVP, from integrating it into the sales approach to achieving staff buy-in and skill building.
This event is organized in partnership with Global Banking Alliance for Women (GBA).
