The Interbank Corporate Banking (CBI) Service, established in 1995 as an inter-bank agreement to guarantee interoperability with the business world, enables corporates to communicate, using standardized electronic messages, with all the banks with which they have accounts, and to have a single link through which to transmit orders, effect operations and receive information.
