Manila-based Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Standard Chartered Bank (StanChart) struck a partnership under an $800-million financing program for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Asia.
The program – a supply chain financing – is the first partnership under Supply Chain Finance (SCF), which the multilateral lender recently launched.
