Tony will discuss the challenges in getting management and staff buy-in as well as the progress to date. He will also address the trend of digital-finance and the challenges during the digitalization journey. 

About the Speakers

Paula Leynes Felipe is the IFC Senior Risk Management Specialist for East Asia and Pacific, and the Global Co-Head of the SME Credit Risk Advisory Practice Group. Prior to joining IFC, Paula was in senior executive roles in commercial banking and credit risk management with the Philippine operations of HSBC and Standard Chartered. 

Zhu Tao (Tony) is the CRO and VP of Lionbridge Leasing, one of the leading promoters of MSME financial leasing that has served over 50,000 truck drivers and SMEs within 5 years in low tier cities and counties across China. Tony has more than 20 years' experience in the financial sector.
