How can we add $12 trillion to global growth?
A recent McKinsey Global Institute's (MGI) report "The power of parity: How advancing women's equality can add $12 trillion to global growth" demonstrates that if women do not achieve their full economic potential, the global economy will suffer. MGI sizes the economic potential from closing the gender gap and maps 15 gender equality indicators for 95 countries. 

McKinsey's report presentation will be followed by insights from WBG and IMF on how to close gender gaps from their distinct perspectives and thereby reduce poverty and boost shared prosperity.
