As the founder of Din Consultants, a leading development and growth advisory consultancy, her work is pivotal in promoting gender contribution, financial accessibility, new market development and investment attraction. Her profound expertise in the financial services sector includes a variety of achievements across different fields to include wealth management, family offices, philanthropy, insurance, sme banking and impact banking.  She also works as a STC for IFC/World Bank. 

Her diverse non-executive roles, have included serving on the advisory board of London Institute of Banking & Finance and the Institute of Directors.  She is a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of World Traders, Editorial board advisor Wealth briefing, Judge - Wealth for Good awards.  She is a frequent speaker on gender finance, women in family offices and wealth. Sabila has published numerous white papers and been shortlisted for several industry awards. 

Prior to founding Din Consultants, Sabila held key roles including commercial director at ABN AMRO launching a pan-Asian retail bank. She also served as Joint MD, JWT Dialog Hongkong - building business and brands for clients in Asia and held senior positions at Streets Financial and IBM e-business in the UK.  She is committed to lifelong learning.
