ADB-OECD Study on Enhancing Financial Accessibility for SMEs: Lessons from Recent Crises

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) have long recognized the importance of SME finance and the need to support countries in strengthening their domestic financial systems and broadening the finance options available to SMEs.
