Bundling Strategies and Products Towards Sustainable Growth of Women SMEs Post Pandemic
In Bangladesh, the number of women-led enterprises has increased significantly in recent years, however a survey by member BRAC suggests that sectors with a higher share of women-led enterprises have suffered disproportionately during the pandemic.
As market leaders and reigning champions of SME Finance Forum’s Best Bank for Women Entrepreneurs Award, BRAC Bank has bundled a range of financial and non-financial products and services to provide sustainable solutions to women-led enterprises. The strategy, organizational priority, product development, careful implementation, and other non-financial aiding tools and initiatives led to significant growth, increased market share and significant impact on W-SMEs. This led to profitability and efficiency for the bank, with low levels of NPL.
During our next session on March 23rd from 8 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. EST, volunteers from BRAC Bank’s Women Entrepreneurs Cell will share practical insights into their impressive programs and metrics for supporting women-led enterprises. They will deep dive into their strategy and approach in sustaining their women’s market leadership and growth in bundling products and services to help women-led enterprises sustain business growth post-pandemic.
